IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 20 MIN LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT THEN YOUR SLOT WILL BE CANCELLED & DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST. PLS TEXT ME IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE AND WE WILL HANDLE THE SITUATION TOGETHER.

reschedule

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is necessary if you intend to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

cancelation

Cancellations on the same day will incur a 100% charge of the service amount.

Last-minute cancellations have a negative impact on our small business.

With such short notice, we are unable to fill your appointment slot.

• WORK FROM OTHER SALONS/LASHMAKERS WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFILL. PLS WHEN YOU BOOK A FULLSET, REMEMBER TO BOOK FOR REMOVAL TOO.
  

• Please be aware that I reserve the right to charge an additional fee if you come back for a refill without following the aftercare instructions.

• If you return with less than 50% of your lash extensions, excessive build-up, after 4 weeks, singed lashes, or a high amount of eye makeup or mascara, a new set is necessary.

• If you have a scheduled appointment and need to cancel for personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule the appointment, and the deposit can be transferred to another slot for a maximum of one time.
